Cibolo is a city in Guadalupe County, Texas, United States. It is part of the San Antonio–New Braunfels Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Cibolo is a small town that has been growing steadily since the 2000 census.
Cibolo was founded in 1965 as an independent township and continues to grow each year with people moving from nearby areas such as San Antonio. According to recent estimates, Cibolo's population now stands at 31,281 which exceeds its 2010 census count of 15,349 by more than 16 thousand residents!
Cibolo became an independent township as they voted on October 9, 1965. They elected a Mayor M.O Grooms and councilman Carl Biser to make decisions for the small town.
The name Cibolo means "buffalo" and was a place where the Comanche as well as several other Native American tribes lived. When Europeans arrived, they established this tiny town called Cibolo that's now transformed into a suburb with Southern Pacific Railroad cutting through it in 1876 to link major cities like Houston and San Antonio all around Texas!
For nearly two centuries, this old commercial district has served as a backdrop for the rich history of Cibolo. The town that was once called "Cibolo Valley" gained new life in 1867 when George Schlather opened his store on land which had been purchased by his father Jacob ten years prior. In 1882, after selling their business to Charles Fromme who renamed it Fromme's Store and grew the community into what became known across Texas as just plain 'old' CiboLlo (and us too), they invested some money into building up more stores nearby like Galveston-Harrisburg Railroad Station built around 1880 with ticket office and living quarters upstairs or James Hoggard's General Merchandise Store from 1886 - 1890 complete.
As Cibolo has grown, the small town's population increased by 733% in just ten years.
It's surprising that in 2000, Cibolo only accounted for 3.4% of Guadalupe County population; however by 2010 it had grown to 14.9%. It seems like a lot has changed since then! Between 2010 and 2013, this small town with less than 1/3 the county's total population managed to account for 22.3% of its growth--impressive stuff indeed!

There are many factors that go into the decision to hire labor-only movers over full-service movers. While a move that is handled professionally every step of the way will be incredibly convenient and less time-consuming, investing in labor-only moving help is typically the more affordable and customizable option.
Whether you just need supplies for do it yourself packing or if you want us to do full service packing, we can accomodate your needs.
Moving to a new home is already a hassle in itself, but adding a significant distance into the mix complicates things quite a bit more. Fortunately, Simplified Moving Solution’s experienced planners and movers can help you truly go the distance and arrive at your new home with all of your belongings intact.
Our cleaning professionals use industrial truck-mounted equipment for our jobs. Rotary and steam equipment allow for us to clean even the most heavily soiled surfaces, and often revive flooring that others would replace.
We Load your stuff into our trucks, and secure the door with a heavy duty lock. The truck is then driven to our fenced and gated parking facility. Your stuff will stay in the truck overnight, and will be driven and unloaded at your new home when you are ready.
Different types of flooring call for different kinds of protection. When protecting floors in the home, the goal is to create pathways in which you use to walk on, roll dollies on, move furniture etc. Door jambs can be protected in a few different ways depending on what you have and the possibilities of damage.
Bubble wrap and plastic sheeting are two of the best tools at your disposal when it comes to safely moving your furniture. Use bubble wrap to protect delicate wood pieces. Plastic wrap or specially designed plastic sofa covers should be used to protect your upholstered items.
We always cherish our relationship with our clients. For us our customers are our priority and we serve them with utmost delight and professionalism.
Better training means better processes. Tasks can be performed much faster if employees know what they’re doing and the quality of work will also improve. Mistakes are far less likely to occur if individuals have the best training for the job that they do.
When you move professionally, you get back your peace of mind.
